Besides the smoking, with Mr. Draper's habitual womanizing he should have dry cleaned his suits to remove perfume odors and perhaps Betty wouldn't be leaving him. Jeeves does not condone Mr. Draper's actions, but has been trained to "look the other way" with such matters.
