The conference has become a forum to brainstorm ways to strengthen the brand and to continue to deliver impeccable service to clients all over the world. Major take aways from the conference included the launch of the new Jeeves International website, where all the franchises will have pages to represent their businesses, and new brand guidelines that will be implemented across the board to all Jeeves locations.

The Jeeves clientele are jet setters by nature, often making trips to many of the cities that we have locations in around the world. So our ultimate goal is to make their experience seamless, from one Jeeves location to the next, so they can “travel they world with Jeeves.” A concept that no other drycleaner, let alone luxury drycleaner, can offer their clientele!
