Last night’s Tony Awards (http://www NULL.tonyawards NULL.com/index NULL.html) brought the tears, the music and the fashion. Being, you know, us, we are going to turn our attention to the styling choices of its attendees. Here are four outfits we loved and one we loathed.
“The Best List”
Lupita is quickly cementing herself as one of our red carpet favorites—remember how she won our hearts in The Best & Worst Gowns From The 2016 Met Gala?—and this custom floral BOSS by Hugo Boss (http://www NULL.hugoboss NULL.com/us) ensured that she continued her reign as style-icon-in-the-making.
Lucy opted for a light yellow Zuhair Murad (http://www NULL.zuhairmurad NULL.com/en/home) number (complete with delicate floral appliqués!) and we whole-heartedly applaud this decision. It is whimsical without being frilly. Fantastic choice, Lucy!
No one can deny that this silk blush Zac Posen dress is a dream come true. It is meticulously designed and executed and the interesting silhouette has us swooning. Extra credit for the corset-inspired component.
Yes, another Zac Posen dress. What can we say? He is one of the best in the business. Anyway, Sophie chose to wear this flowery gown and we are 100% co-signing her decision on this front. The very cool design accentuated her beautiful figure perfectly and she also kicked things up a notch by toting around a little red clutch.
“The Worst List”
We actually can’t identify a label for this peachy skin-tight piece, but maybe that is all for the best since it isn’t exactly garnering rave reviews from the fashion community. It is ill-fitting, the fabric looks cheap and Keltie looks super uncomfortable. Hard pass.
