Allison Parris and her man Jeeves
People always tell you that they save the best for last, and this past week was no exception. Traveling out in yet another snowfall, your Man Jeeves traveled to a spacious loft on the West side to preview the latest from a designer we have already introduced you to; Allison Parris.
As previously mentioned Jeeves has become the go to source for the designer, so he could not wait to see what else she had in store. It must be said however, that Jeeves’ assistant Mollie was a bit more excited since the pieces are a bit more to her taste.
The loft was a very stark white which was a magnificent contrast to the neutral tones and beaded accents of the collection. Although these designs were different from Parris’ first collection her signature look still commanded the collection with chain embellishments, full flirty skirts, and sassy shirt dresses.
All the embellished and beaded pieces will need careful attention during cleaning, so that they do not fall apart. For all your complicated cleaning needs Jeeves New York has just the team to care for your clothes.
Your man Jeeves could not help but to notice the following that the designer has developed as many young women in the audience were wearing pieces from last season’s collection. Most popular among these were the “Silk Wrap Skirt”, and the “Tulle Mini Skirt.”
If you own any pieces by Allison Parris that you do not trust your cleaner to care for please bring it to your man Jeeves who is now Allison’s man Jeeves.
Allison Parris Feather Dress
Your man Jeeves has recently become the go to source for designer Allison Parris. Right now we have a wonderful dress embellished with feathers everywhere. Jeeves’ assistant Mollie loves this dress (we both can’t wait to go to the Allison Parris runway show in a few weeks).
Jeeves’ job? To figure out the best method to safely clean this great dress.
Since your man Jeeves is the most experienced garment care expert in New York City this is a natural fit. Also since Jeeves is the only luxury dry cleaner in New York City to use the CO2 method, we can test using all available methods.
Currently Jeeves is testing the dress to see which dry cleaning method is best. Jeeves is also testing to see if the dress should be hand cleaned or spot cleaned only.
It’s rewarding to be trusted by Allison Parris on such an important assignment. Jeeves loves what he does!
As soon as we are done Jeeves will share the results with you. Thanks for listening, your man Jeeves.
Brave the Cold with Allison Parris!
Your man Jeeves is happy to announce our new writer, Peachy Deegan from “Whom You Know” will be sharing her thoughts in The Dry Cleaner.
We are pleased to present our inaugural feature! Peachy Deegan just loves this look by Allison Parris.
